Shipping/Pre-Order Policy

[/x_text][x_text]All shipments will require signature on delivery. Please note that Tempest Watches Limited will not ship to P.O. boxes. Any import custom duties, fees and /or taxes may be applicable depending on the customer’s country of residence and is the sole responsibility of the customer and shall not be covered by Tempest Watches Limited.

Pre-orders

From time to time, Tempest Watches Limited offers limited time preorders at a discounted retail price to allow reservations of new models. To secure reservation, Pre-orders require a deposit payment which is non-refundable. Should you wish to cancel your order, your Pre-Order deposit will be converted to instore credit. Pre-order deposits will be returned in the event Tempest Watches Limited determines it will be unable to produce or supply the order of watch(es). Invoice for the remaining balance of the pre-order price minus deposit will be sent 2 weeks prior the dispatch of the watch(es).
